The following are some of our services as your wedding planners.

Provide information to the couple about a wide variety of stunning locations, each with its own distinctive character to fit different styles and budgets.
Scouting the couple’s pre-selected venues.
Research and select service providers that match the needs and budget of “the couple”.
Assist with the contracting of service providers.
Plan, coordinate and arrange a second visit to the selected venue for purposes such as, but not limited to, menu tasting, table setting, and hair & makeup trial for the bride.
Provide suggestions and ideas related to the event.·
Prepare a detailed budget.
Prepare a planning calendar by month.
Create a group in whatsapp to include the key decision makers to facilitate communication and keep everyone in the loop.
Provide “the couple” with account access to the on-line wedding planning platform used by “the wedding planner”.
Prepare day of event itinerary for “the couple”, service providers and venue.
Prepare checklist covering all the details and needs for the proper execution of the event(s).
Prepare a “plan b” in the event of bad weather.

Organize transportation for the attending guests (i) from the airport (mex) to venue, (ii) from the venue back to the airport (mex) or mexico city·
Provide late-night transportation services, including multiple departure times to safely return everyone to their accommodations at their convenience
Assist with the paperwork for the civil and/or religious ceremony, if required.
Provide one wedding day assistant to focus exclusively on the needs of the bride
Provide one hostess for every 50 guests on the wedding day.

Monitor service providers to ensure fulfillment of their contractual obligations.
Negotiate hotel room block agreements.
Provide updates on the guests booking status in the room block.
Organize and distribute a welcome bag for all the attending guests. The cost of contents is the responsibility of the “the couple”.
Provide assistance to all of the guests for services that they may require associated with “the wedding”.
Provide information on local activities and places of interest to the attending guests for their enjoyment during their stay for “the wedding”.
